1.  Open only to legal US Residents age 14 or older. By participating entrants must agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of  AZ studios  which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

2. Drawing:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner and ten (10) other prize winners will be selected in a monthly drawing from all eligible entrants on the 1st of each month for the next six (6) months with contest start date of  October 1, 2004 and ending April 1, 2005.  Limited to first time entrants only.  Limit one prize per family.  Grand Prize consists of one (1) The Leading Lady or The Leading Man Senior Photo Session.  Other prizes include two (2) $25 Gift Certificates, two (2) Studio T-shirts and six (6) Harkins Movie Tickets .  Winners will be notified by mail.  Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or substituted except at discretion of AZ Studios due to prize unavailability and therefore a prize of equal value.  Winners agree that AZ Studios shall not be held responsible for any liability whatsoever to damage or person or property relating to the prize or participation in this giveaway.
